It's getting more nervous, the event was gonna start and thanks God everything was done in time. The only disappointing issue was the heavy rain that restricted the carol team to sing in SA building only instead of the whole campus.
The band from Music Society was doing the opening. While they were playing, we actors and the backstage crew were super busy and nervous. Everyone's worried about this and that, and some of us were still memorizing the script.
For me, I did spontaneous speaking *Hehe* I need to use both hands, so I got a wireless mic that hangs on my ear. It looked so cool, feel like I'm doing a concert.
The story is basically about an orphan (the female main character) felt emptiness in her life. She is adopted by a rich family, gradually she make friends and being promoted. However, all the pleasures would not fulfill her, until she found Jesus and knew the purpose of life.
My roll in this act is her boyfriend, the one that really upsets her as I just want sex and wealth from her. I'm just acting like a girlfriend-is-nothing and a money-minded guy. Overall, a lot of people were stunned by my acting, they didn't expect that I really can be that bad (means I successed).
After the act, I had a few minutes break while the carol team singing Silent Night. When the curtains close, we were depending on the MC while setting up all the instruments for our band. It was a total mess setting up in the dark, was super nervous too.
Most of the other band members are from Charismatic church, they are incredible. Even the vocalists could do their parts well. Playing in this band is really different, I'm leading the first song Who Am I, and just supporting the second song Salvation Is Here. The last song You Are Good, we did a full blast and I really had fun!
Well, it surely was a tiring day. Anyway, after we did our closing song and thanks the audiences as they go our for refreshments, we continued jamming a few more worship songs. That is purely worship, not being pressured by anything, just enjoy God's grace. It's truely a wonderful experience.

Thanks God for making this effort a success. It's so great to witness and experience Your grace and glory. This little bit of work and sacrifice worth it if the people can know You more. Pray that You will continue to be with us in our future spiritual growth and let us come to know more of You. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
