Delayed Lou Sang

Cee Jay is visiting us again, and we'll have a big party to compensate our Chinese New Year celebration while everyone was busy with exam and traveling. When I came back from badminton on Saturday evening, surprise~ Heng is already preparing and that's my first time seeing so many food on our table.

Working hard in the kitchen before most of them arrive:

Everyone's still not here until 8pm, Cee Jay made an awesome appetizer for us who are still waiting, Claypot Chicken Rice! There're 12 of us and 3 pots of soup for steamboat, it feels quite nice when everyone is treasure hunting in the sea of food.

3 pots with different appetite combinations:

After eating so much and when someone's about to leave, it's time for the main agenda. We hold our lou sang session exactly 20 days after 1st of CNY. Anyway, just doing it for fun~ Seems like it's a Malaysian/Singaporean thing, some from China and Hong Kong never heard of it.

The higher the better, but more clean up later:

It's midnight already, most of them went back and some stayed back for extra session of fun. We had some alcohol, playing card games and catching up with each other. It should be a chillax session, but we actually drag on til 4 am~ Haha, had some hard time waking up the next morning for church.

Peaceful night and fun in a winter night:

"Like a city whose walls are broken through is a person who lacks self-control."
-Proverbs 25:28

Great food and great fellowship is always a sign of great blessing. Thank You Lord for the weather as it is getting better and seems like everyone's kicking start their new semester slow and steady. Pray that it will be another great semester to see more of Your glory, Amen.
