Nilai Worship 2011 Camp (Day 1)

I joined Nilai Worship in their annual camp, this year it's at Fraser's Hill, we've been there for camp in 2007 too, but this time in a different place. I was kinda in a dilemma, one thing is I don't really know the current students that are studying there, but the theme of this camp kinda pulls me over.

As usual, a 3-4 hours ride drives us asleep:

We've finally reach Fraser's Hill, before checking in, we had our lunch somewhere nearby. This is my first stop to get to know a few of their names. It just stopped raining, the temperature is kinda low. Aw... my jacket is still in the bus, when I thought I'm gonna shake badly, it's actually not too cold.

Chinese food on the hill:

So we reach our hotel (Shahzan Inn), and check in. I'm staying in a double room with Robert. We have a pretty nice ballroom for our 2 days 1 night activities. So we started with a briefing and team grouping. I'm in red group with 7 people, which I don't know most of them except Li Ann =.=

Our ballroom and room:

The first activity was jungle tracking, did this back in 2007, so it wasn't too challenging (even back then too). We got back to the hotel and had a group telematch. Surprisingly, my group did quite well... in the beginning. But it was quite fun la. Then, we go back to our rooms for a rest until the busy night arrives.

Jungle tracking and telematch:

"David and all the Israelites were celebrating with all their might before God, with songs and with harps, lyres, timbrels, cymbals and trumpets."

Pray that this camp would touch hearts and change souls. Let us take back lessons and teachings that we valued, and make these a blessings that we could share with others too. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
