Aw... it's Saturday but I need to wake up at 7.15 a.m! We need to get the worship team onto the van and leave before 8 a.m. There're 8 of us including brother Chris Abner who leads us.
We reached RSBC before 9 a.m and got everyone registered. It's actually a kindergarten for ground floor and worship sanctuary at the first floor. The hall is a bit small I think, but the equipments are quite complete.
The first few hours is basically talking about the worship leader handbook, which I already listened in CBC. The different thing here is, they're breaking into smaller sessions to train people in specific fields. There are different instruments classes, audio/video setting classes, bible study & so on... I joined the one for keyboard players. Can't say it's dissapointing, but I think it's concentrating on beginner keyboardists to understand more in worship playing styles.
After lunch session, just a little catching up on the undone notes of the handbook, and the conference is over. Well, the team did learn something new especially connecting from one song to one song. There're some reading materials in the handbook that need to be done with the worship team too. Anyway, it's a tiring day so the team is heading back for a little rest.
After some refreshing time (which some of us didn't have), we started practicing for the next day's worship service. It's a bit hard to apply the new stuffs to all the songs, but at least we tried some. Nevermind, starting bit by bit and it will soon be a habit.
Undeniable, it's really a hot day. As we finished everything by night and exhaustion is rushing all over. In the time of "low battery" status (I mean myself), Robert suggested to have Nasi Kandar for dinner. Being the innocent me that don't know the dreadfulness of this dish, I'm dare enough to give it a try. Thanks Robert for this hot stuffs. Without any hesitation, it's an emergency call for the healer (ABC).
Dinner in Cempaka Puri Indian restaurant:

"I will treat you like a signet ring on my finger, says the LORD, for I have specially chosen you. T, the LORD Almighty, have spoken!"

Thank you LORD for blessing me through this busy week of WorshipAsia concert and conferences. The knowledge I gained in the conferences are truly a reminder of Your greatness and the reason I'm in the team. Pray that You will walk with us as we grow more mature in worshiping You. In Jesus I pray, Amen.
