Cleaning Connexion Semenyih (Living Room & Study Room)

Just an update about the status of Connexion Semenyih. Since the last time that we clean the place and fixed the kitchen (we didn't really fixed it), the next change is the living room and the study room.

Well, after some cleaning and with the sofa set that we got from Connexion Bandar Utama, me and Kai Seng arranged the living room like this. I think should be good enough for slide show viewing purpose. By the way, I love splashing the floor with water XD.

Now, I'll give a special thanks to our churchmate of CBC, Joel Lee. The installment of the air-cond is done by his father's friend, and it is really well done and nice. His father's friend explained what is the consequences if I installed the air-cond at different positions. So, under his sound advice, this position will give the best price, efficiency and eye-pleasing (short cable length, power point nearby, directly to the living room).

The power and refrigerant cable is directly connected into the wall:


Behind the wall is the condenser, so the refrigerant runs very short distance for sufficient heat exchange:

Uncle Rodney went shopping at IKEA again, so we have some new furnitures. I have to open the house for them for the delivery since Kai Seng is not around. This time, there're not as much stuffs as the kitchen, but most of them are really heavy. It took them almost 2 hours to assembly everything. So it turned out to be 6 study desks, 1 wardrobe and 1 shoe rack.

They arrived in quite a good timing, I just finished meeting with my tutor:
