Farewell after Bible Study

Yesterday, I attended bible study at night as usual. Before that, my design project group had a small meeting, and found that we have a lot of undone works. The due date will be this Friday. Basically, my mood that day is a bit frustrated and nervous (ya... if you know me).

I tried making myself not to worry too much during bible study, but some of my groupmates were working on the project in computer lab. However, whatever happen, I cannot miss the bible study that night, cause Uncle Tome and Aunty Frances will be joining our bible study for the very last time.

Uncle Tome and Aunty Frances are missionaries being sent to Malaysia for university students like us. They are the first US missionaries that I met about 1 year plus ago when I'm still in Nilai, which was my first experience dealing with western people. Anyway, they helped a lot throughout my early christian life, thanks.

So we arrived the room for bible study earlier than usual (around 7.15p.m) to write some farewell messages for them. The bible study started with a little ice-breaking session, followed by a little game. Nevertheless, those who failed in the game will recieve punnishment! Pose like a girl! Then it's time for worship, Sen Loong is leading and Audri on the guitar, me on the keyboard.

Digging our mind for the farewell messages:

We got 19 people that night:

Bible study ended around 9.30p.m. Then we're having a little farewell for Uncle Tome and Aunty Francis. I think it's the longest "fellowship" time we ever had. Alex and See Siang just got back from a camp at Cameron Highland, Alex bought us some cactus, each of us can choose one and keep it. I don't have green fingers, so normally I won't take it, but anyway, I did.

Fellowship time:

The same night, after I put my keboard back into my room, I quickly rushed to computer lab to join Cheen Wei and Jack for the project. After discussing with Jack, we planned all the things need to be done in our calculation sector (which is our job in our project group), and I'll do it tomorrow after I get the conformation from the design team. Whereas, Jack will be assigned to help the design team with the ProE drawing. It's better to put more workforce in ProE because that section scores most of the marks. Besides, I think I can handle the calculation part alone.

In Isaiah 6:6-7, Then one of the seraphim flew over to the altar, and he picked up a burning coal with a pair of tongs, He touched my lips with it and said, "See, this coal has touched your lips. Now your guilt is removed, and your sins are forgiven." Work load in Nottingham is far more stressful compare to in Nilai (thanks Shaun for reminding me that I'm a degree student now... I hope I never realize it). Pray that LORD bless me with enough time to study for the coming exam, and also pray that I'll manage to complete my project and lan reports. Also, I pray for all Nottingham University students, good luck for exam! Amen.
