Prayer Meeting for Exam

Tomorrow will be the last day of exam, although I'm not sitting for any paper, the feeling of stress still lingers around the atmosphere. Yupz, I've been through those days and it was no fun at all, that's why prayer meetings are actually necessary throughout the exam weeks.

We had our prayer meetings at Joseph and Pei Wern's house:

They just sorta facebook message me "pray?", and I'll move to their house (just 2 houses away). Everytime I reached there, there will be notes and tutorials piling over the table, and a laptop for stress level control. The worse thing is, the super tension faces of theirs.

Our uni actually has language classes:

It needs not to be formal, just a few of us (normally 4, sometimes more than that). The best part is, one of the housemate owns an upright piano. With that and a guitar, we actually had simple worship before we start. Then, we'll just pray for some specific stuffs one by one.

Prayer time:

Even before I accepted Christ, I was told that... someone is praying for me. I used to doubt that but we're actually doing it. Not only us, even ConneXion, Chiaw Min and Melody's house are having prayer meetings too, and I believe this helps to bless the students.

The moon is really nice tonight:

"The LORD has protected us and delivered into our hands the raiding party that came against us."
- 1 Samuel 30:23
-

I give thanks for having people around who are faithful, it actually makes me pray more often, even when I'm alone. I pray that through these prayer meetings, the students would be blessed and let us be the salt and light for this place. No matter what happens, good or bad, let Your praises be on our lips. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
