PharmNott Night (Viva La Vida)

The School of Pharmacy in Nottingham Uni (PharmNott) organized their annual event this Tuesday night, Viva La Vida night. I attended this 2 years ago as a performer. Back then, the theme was cancer awareness, this year... it's more like sex awareness.

Selling expensive food in Admin Building again:

The improvement is, the performances are now inside Great Hall. During my time, it was just at the back of Admin Building, but the good thing is people can eat while watching the shows (they don't allow food in Great Hall). Maurice and his crew did a hip hop performance, almost all ConneXion members are there to support him.

Band performance and fashion show:

I actually came to help CF that's selling garlic bread and spaghetti, not selling but eating ^_^ Spend a few hours helping Wei Ern prepare the food last night, and had a good fellowship time with some new CF members.

The usual CF craziness still happens behind the stage, Anna had an "ugly shot" of XinYi and their wrestling for the phone. Not bad la, I'm glad to see some CF and ConneXion interaction already.

It sure is hard to handle such weight of event loads together with study. Well, after the stressful days in lab, I think it's pretty good to have these occasions once in a while. Pray for the Lord's guidance and may You grant us wisdom and strength to reach the exit. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
