Big Campus Christmas Party

Last Saturday was eventful, it's been a long time since I had enough sleep and woke up at 10.40 am. The day started with a quick meal and movie at Jusco Cheras Selatan, joined by Chiaw Min, Kai Seng, Sarah and Jacqueline.

The movie we watched was The Rise of Mummies. I was expecting something like Tomb Raider, but... it turned out to be a silly movie. Not saying that it's bad, but with dinosaur, mummy, psychic, titanic and tennis in a movie... that's seriously... weird. However, it's confirmed that this is better than Unstoppable.

After some shopping, I barely make it back to campus on time for the 5 pm bus to Acts Church Subang. There's gonna be a Christmas party that night, I heard 36 from UNMC registered for it. I never knew I could met Nilai UC and Inti UC students there, and the performances were kinda cool too. Something that the pastor repeats a lot:

Besides being an early Christmas celebration, it's also to gather campus students around and help the community. Each participant would bring some kind of food and it will be given to those families that need it, sorta some charity thingy. Not bad, I guess there were students from more than 10 campuses there.

Seriously, it's a pretty good evening that we had. However, the refreshments were not satisfying all the hungry souls. As usual, we had supper at mamak shop again. Hey~ I really enjoyed the off-tune 4-person-caroling on the bus journey back home.

Thanks Lord for another time of fellowship with the CF people. It's another encouraging scene to see so many campus students gather together for Your wonderful name. Guide us to be united, and pray that the Christmas event that we're organizing will be successful. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
