2nd Month of PostGrad

Free stuffs are never good. PostGrad life is getting more and more stressful, more and more work daily. Well, so far I've been working a lot in the workshop and made a lot of stuff. Apart from having dreadful advices from the technicians... I kinda enjoy destroying stuffs to release stress.

Electro-vibro cannon (made for fun):

People says PhD are very specialized, just doing one thing. I sorta disagree that, I've been an electrician and mechanic, moving furnitures and machines around, and also took some bricks from the construction site and cut it into small pieces (as samples).

Brick samples:

Something that's even more terrific that we've done today. My senior was testing 2 old solenoids with parallel circuit, I guess it's due to current overload, the wires caught on fire. Then the burning of plastic makes the whole lab filled with white smoke. Thanks God it went off itself in a short while, a taste of being a mad scientist :P

Burnt wires:

"Your servants were clearly told how the LORD your God had commanded his servant Moses to give you the whole land and to wipe out all its inhabitants from before you."
-Joshua 9:24

Surely, the path is getting harder and harder. It's also assignment seasons for the undergrads. Pray that we will have the wisdom and strength to carry on, and also help us not to be distanced from Your words. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
