To Fotorex

Me and my housemates left Semenyih at 10:30 am yesterday to Belakong for Isaac Yin's farewell. Another ex-housemate that's going to do PhD but in Ningbo. Coincidently, we're doing it in GreenBox again. After that, yam cha at The Mines (first time there).

Sing K at GreenBox:

My main objective that day was to collect my graduation pics from Fotorex at Jalan Sungai Besi. According to Google Map, I roughly know how to get there from the nearest LRT station.

my walking planned route to walk:

Haha, my DBLB compass does good job here, never thought that such thing could be in use in a city. I slowly walk, and see all the related land marks that I remembered. Wow... this is such an adventure, I'm I thought I'm getting nearer to the place.

Walk south from LRT station:

Oh my... it's suppose to be near, but I don't see any open shops. I walked around and finally resorted to ask somebody around. They told me to continue walk up until I cross the roundabout... Wait! I don't remember any roundabout on the map, but no choice, I'll just do it and finally, I found the place.

Mission accomplished:

Collected my pictures, and walked all the way back to LRT station. It's not really my day, if I got back to Kajang now, I'll need to wait 2 hours for the next bus. So I ended up, stopping at Bandar Tasik Selatan and had dinner with CBC churchmates - duh - In the end, I took the later bus back and reach home at 10:30pm (12 hours out).

Dinner after their worship practice:

I don't believe that I interpret the map wrongly, after I got home I went to check on Google Map again. Haiz... there's actually another Fotorex at northwest direction, and that's the correct one T_T

Red mark is the real Fotorex:

"If cases come before your courts that are too difficult for you to judge—whether bloodshed, lawsuits or assaults—take them to the place the LORD your God will choose."
-Deuteronomy 17:8
-

I actually thought of, when we pray for directions from God, and they are revealed, do we really go to the right direction? Do we misunderstand the "map" and thus looked at the wrong landmark. Most importantly, are we alert enough to notice that we're at the wrong way and seek help from God. Pray all this in Jesus name, Amen.
