Sushi Making

Nelson's church is having something again, but I'm not in it... it's an event for all the cell leaders. Anyway, since everyone is so busy with something, they asked me for a hand to make sushi for the night. Arrived slightly earlier, I helped a bit on the paper cutting in the office...

It's some mind reading game for evangelism purpose:

OK, time to go to the kitchen. I admit, this is one of the areas that I'm so not gifted but often ended up here. Anyway, church people are fine with anything as long as you wanna help (that's one good thing about it). Here goes nothing X_X

Spread rice evenly on the seaweed:

Arrange "fillings" at one end, roll it techniquefully:

Haha, honestly I prefer doing the triangle shape sushi. I just can't roll it to an evenly round shape. After 2-3 hours of hard work with his churchmates, we managed to finish up 5 kilos of rice, and that's a lot!

Work of the novices:

This is an instantly-paid job, I mean... INSTANTLY! Both sides of the sushi rolls are kinda cut off as they are always uneven, so we got to eat 2 pieces for every roll made. I made a mistake on a roll, gonna finish it by my own... duh that was seriously FILLING! I warn you, next time if you're doing sushi, get more people to help, not making, but eating.

Eating up the unpass pieces:

"The LORD had said to Moses, "Pharaoh will refuse to listen to you, so that my wonders may be multiplied in Egypt."

Now, every graduate from Nottingham is preparing a new chapter of life, or already started it. I pray that wherever God had put us, that he will continue to bring us blessings and use us. I earnestly pray for those who are yet-to-believe will come to a day to see the truth. Gary just started his college life in Sunway College, may his path be under Your wings. Pray this all in Jesus' most gracious name, Amen.
