It's Sunday, Nelson brought me to his church for an event, something called ordination where pastor are ordained as reverend or to priest. Not too clear about those stuffs, as I'm from a small ministry, but it sure is a big stuff for them. He's doing the video recording, so I'm upstairs with him (the best place with least strangers).
Well, I think they're the pastors from English and Malay service, thus I don't know any of them. First time in my life seeing so many pastors/reverends/bishop together, this is really a big church... or just the culture of this denomination. Anyway, it's good to be able to learn new thing.
After that, they're serving food. I think they have sufficient man power, but just joining to help. Wow... this is a new stuff that I haven't tried, serving food is... not so fun but ok ok to do. Big church really does thing differently, just look at their efficiency, empty trays are immediately brought to the back for washing.
After a little hang out, they went out for a movie. Oh gosh, we got ourselves a whole roll of church members in the cinema, this is a record breaker (14 people). I was sitting beside reverend, he told me lots of stuffs during the movie that I never realize watching a movie in such angle. The actors' face expressions, scene transitions, silent scenes, meaning of the scripts and blah blah blah~
The show was good, not much of Jackie Chan doing stunts but still good. For little kids achieving those level of acting, not just the moves, they're awesome. It's my first time in Suria by the way... it's seriously empty.
These church people... can be quite wild outside too. It's already 11:30 pm and they still wanna hang around at the game corner. They should have work/class the next day, maybe they're really stressed up recently. Well, it's a great day out and thanks God I'm in holiday, and I can sleep all I want XD
The School of Pharmacy of Nottingham Uni had received their results, praise to the almighty God for whom prayers are answered and are blessed. All the best to those going over to UK, it's gonna be another challenging stage of life. Our results are releasing maybe this or next week, pray hard! In Your gracious name I pray, Amen.
