Banana Leaves Dinner

Yesterday after worship practice in Cheras Baptist, the gang went to a very "unique" restaurant for dinner. It's an Indian restaurant in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur (seriously I don't even know the existence of that place til then).

They gave you a piece banana leaf, and that's your "plate" =.= Here comes the scary part, they added weird and spicy vegies onto your leaf! Next, they scooped rice for you. Cause I didn't want the vegies, it turned out that I got a mountain of rice *Ermmm*

Vegie and rice:

There're 10 of us including Shiying that's not eating. The whole table is covered by the leaves, I'm thinking why don't they just take a whole piece of big banana leaf and lay it on the table :P Anyway, I'm the only one that don't take spicy stuff and vegie.

Waiting to be served:

Let's go on with the food. The next stuff that came, curry! The others added chicken/fish curry like mad, thank God there's still dull. Wow... when I realize, my dish became Nasi Dull Banjir, with some Indian chips (forgot what's the name).

Curry chicken, fish and dull:

Interesting, I found out everything mentioned above could be refill. Too bad I'm not a big fans of these stuffs, completing the portion that I received was already a challenge, plus the fried chickens that we added. Everyone's done, and I'm the last one eating. It's not that I don't like the food, they're OK, but I just can't eat those things any faster.

Bryan laughing at me coz eat too slow:

Fuh~ that meal is definitely special in a way *Not bad after all*. Well, thinking everything's over, we ended up in Mc Donalds for desserts (again). These people really can eat, can't say much coz I had a cone of ice-cream myself too~

Sundae cone & Choco-top:

Lord, I pray that in this coming new year, as we face new challenges, new missions, You continue to uphold us and built us into stronger believers. Pray that You grant us wisdom and healthy body in the coming exam. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
