Gabai Waterfall

The day after me and my houstemates slacked at Mid Valley, we planned another outing. This time, there're 5 of us, me and my 3 housemates (Eugene, Isaac, Teng) and a coursemate from next door, Heng. We're going to Gabai Waterfall which is around 15km from Semenyih, just for the sake of escaping work! That's the spirit!

It's about an hour drive, stop by the water damp to snap:

The place that we had fun is not easy to access, there're stairs to to climb and some rocks to hike. Downstream are just some soft pool and slow flow, we're looking for some big tub and raging rush of water. The whole way from the car park took us around 10 minutes I guess.

After we found ourselves a nice spot where there're only us and nature, here we are into the water. Although it's not raining or windy, the water is still so cold. The first reaction a got into the water is "COLD COLD COLD COLD!". Anyway, the water are quite clean and refreshing, it's been a while since I immerse my full body into water.

Playing "dead body floating on the water":

Wonder what can be that fun at a waterfall other than immersing in water? We tried all styles swimming against the rush of water to touch the rock behind the waterfall, but none did it and we got very tired :P. Besides that, we found a part that the rocks are supper slippery, and we can slide down all the way. Sliding down is excitung, but we climbed up the slippery slope too, it's hard, but fun!

Drink a bit to keep warm and all the fun:

We're in the water for almost 2 hours, and it's almost time to return before it gets dark. Well, for most of the nice view that we missed while climbing up the stairs (going down is more relaxing), we did a lot of snaps again. This time with all the weird ideas by my SoHai housemates.

From the left, Teng, Heng, Isaac...

continued... Eugene and me:

Another great view of the waterfall:

"The Kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a nation that will produce proper fruit."

Thank You Lord for blessing us with Your marvelous creation on Earth. As the world grows, may Your mercy be still on these beautiful creations. Pray that the nations will know more of Your wonders. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
