6th Month of PostGrad

January and February is just full of holidays~ I loved it. Now, it's back to reality. Time really flies, it's already half a year since I started. Gosh, I feel like I just graduated, and I'm half way to UK!

Wasn't doing a lot of lab work recently, since I've shifted to numerical analysis stage. Well, I was testing the inductance of my solenoid with some simple circuits that I constructed. I guess it's power overload that burns my resistor~ I'm a mad scientist.

Burnt resistor:

Talk about the analysis part, I'm back to the world of theory again. I need to dig back all the thing that I learnt in Structural Vibration (did I learn anything in the first place?). Oh ya, and the new thing that harass my life so far, is Matlab.

Free body diagram & my 3D graph:

I've never really did programming on Matlab for my entire life. The starting 2 weeks were hectic that I need to get all the help I could, thanks a lot to See Chew since he's conducting year 4 Matlab class. The troubleshooting of my mathematical model and matlab program took me long enough, it's not fully solved til now.

Matlab madness:

Well, my supervisor is poisonous enough to dumb in a whole new level of software application into my life. I started playing with DOS, the super old type of operation where you type in command in a black colour screen. That's so scary, and I feel like I'm working on a software that is written by C programme... real scary!

Software: Dynamics, Interface: Super oldschool & scary:

Really really pray for guidance, a lot of things is going to happen soon (I'm getting really busy and stress recently). I pray that I would be able to get through all these, by endurance and faith. Bless me, and bless the students who are struggling through their academic too. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
