A colleague, also a housemate, who's leaving this dreadful life of PhD, can't deny that it's a bright move. At least, we from the same office won't let him leave in ease. It's a bit unexpectable, but I spend the whole afternoon to decorate the "graduation hat". Gavin's in charge of the "certificate".
Thanks to See Chew who sponsored his dark blue lab coat as "graduation robe". I'm the first one who demo the whole set, being the newest on the office, and the fastest who get to wear a PhD graduation robe :P
The others actually went out for a farewell dinner with Alvin. I can't make it due to Campus Christmas Event rehearsal. Seems like all of them have fun... The rehearsal turned out to be a super disaster. Any how, they called me back to office at night for the "graduation ceremony".
I believe it's not by chance that I happen to stay in this house, God must has a reason for it. I really appreciate this few months staying with him in the current house, which helps in my spiritual growth too. Pray that Alvin will continue to walk with Christ and seek deeper in this relationship with God. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
