Cameron Retreat 2010 (Day 2)

Wake up early at 8 am, had a nice shower and some time of devotion, what a great way to start a day. Went out to have some fresh air and a little walk, until breakfast is serve. We had toast and eggs, awesome morning.

For the session, Uncle Rodney first told us to get a quiet place and had a communion with God alone. Giving thanks and pray for what He wants us to do. I took the balcony upstairs, having great time with God and the scenery. Indeed, this is something very essential for me to find out.

From my view, I can see Steven bow down at the corner of the garden, Chiaw Min and Jacqueline hugging together. Suddenly, I'm glad that ConneXion really made a change for some people.

After that, we had a small meeting session for ConneXion Semenyih's future events. Ladies and gentlemen, it's time to present my hardwork the night before (not me alone la~). It's Pan Mee for lunch! I ate extra bowl because I don't want to waste even a single piece of it, but I have to admit Sen Loong's cooking is good.

Next, we had visitation to a few places. Going through the long traffic jam, we finally reach our first station, the butterfly farm. It's not only about butterfly, we were treated nicely to be able to touch almost every single kind of poison-less insects in the farm.

What's next? We visited BOH tea farm. We had tea and cookies at this relaxing environment. The mountain road into this place is tough, but good things always lie behind the ugly. Some of us bought some tea back. Honestly, this is a pretty cool place to snap pictures.

It's the girls' turn to prepare dinner. They really utilize the gift of female in kitchen. They cooked 7 course Chinese dishes and it's great. When everyone sat together, this really feels like a big family dinner.

Aw, what a satisfying day, in term of sight-seeing, fun, and food. This gonna be the last night staying here, everyone was gathering around to play games. Glad that Mark was around teaching us all sort of games with just poker cards (turtle, gold fish, mafia and much more).

Lord, Your works are wonderful as ever. I thank God for this opportunity to set apart from the world and just spend time to appreciate Your wonderness. Hereby I pray for our ConneXion to continue grow and bring up leaders for Your glory. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
