I was wondering how dead can Konnaught be, and it proved me wrong when I passed through the housing areas. Cars were parking like in Mid Valley car park, there're so many people gathering in Konnaught and I could see random families celebrating together.
After 30 minutes walking around Konnaught chasing around fireworks, I still have no idea where to eat. Since all chinese foods are down, fast food might be a good choice, but I was wrong since it was packed with non-chinese. Ugh... walked back and forth for several times, not much choice left too.
Hey! Golden Bridge House looked empty, only 1 family having dinner inside, so I made up my mind to have dinner there. The moment I step in, I felt the aura of the staffs, it's written "what is this chinese boy doing here alone at this kinda time?" on their faces. Who cares =.= I'm a customer after all.
Slowly walk "home" enjoying the scene and night breeze, I noticed there're fireworks here and there. Managed to capture some of them. The housing area are still very crowded, reached "home" at 10:30 pm and rest for a while. The cool thing is, there were fireworks non-stop from 11:30 pm til 12:30 am! Just lying in front of Robert's balcony watching the fireworks made my day.
Firework rush for 1 hour:

"And so we keep on praying for you, that our God will make you worthy of the life to which he called you. And we pray that God, by this power, will fulfill all your good intentions and faithful deeds."

Lord, thank You for Your blessings that so many people are spending this special day well. Pray that You continue to shower this peace and love upon our nations, for Your kingdom to come, and for Your will to be done. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
