The Chan's Are Back

The month of July has passed, means that the Chan family came back from their UK trip. It's not easy to handle the Sunday Service without them, really appreciate people who serve God willfully like them. Once again, the worship band is being complete, service is also more lively!

Heard that they visited a lot of universities in UK, including Leeds, Nottingham, Birmingham, Cambridge, New Castle and some others. There're also some good news where Carl and Emmon has graduated with degree. Gonna pray as they step into a higher stage of life.

Well here comes the challenge of the day. CBC wants me to play in their band for a coming event, Connexion Conference. They will practice on Sunday after church. I thought I can make it if I leave Nilai after service to Cheras. Apparently, Nilai Worship is also participating for that event and will be doing a few songs too, so we stayed back for our practice =.=. That's why I'm late for CBC practice. In order to get myself to Cheras, the fastest way is the KLIA Express.

This is my first time using KLIA Express:

Amazingly, the train is super nice, clean, high class, comfortable, punctual, fast. All of the opposites of KTM. I arrived Cheras in about 20 minutes (which might be 40 minutes+ for KTM).

Unfortunately, the practice has started. However, doing instrumental wasn't as easy as we thought, the whole practice is almost a disaster. Poor Bryan, being in-charge of this session and also facing SPM at the same time. What I can do is just helping him to re-arrange the sequence of the songs for the musicians. Hope it helped a bit.

LORD, thanks for blessing the Chan's family a wonderful trip and journey. Pray for Carl to get a nice job soon. Pray for most of the CBC youth members especially the students. Most of them are facing exam soon, may the LORD pour down Your almighty blessings upon them. Let these amazing people make a difference in their area of life. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
